Having developed (pun intended) a new workflow involving Capture One to Photoshop 25, I have been rooting around older images and reworking them. These two officers--a captain and a lieutenant--were standing guard at the command post for safety at an event in 2009. I learned during a visit back to Knoxville in May of this year that these guys apparently retired, as no current officer I encountered knew either of them. Time passes...
