Title: The Wanderer
Nikon D7100; Sigma 17-70mm F2.8-4 DC Macro(OS) HSM|C

There is a special place for public photography that is truly unique, and that is the Renaissance Festival. This wanderer and I met in passing and as I raised my camera, he turned and smiled.

A previous rendition of this image sought to lend a gauzy, time-infused feeling, but it muddled the very rich contrast range of it. I have just spent some time and re-imagined it with proper deference to the patterns of light and shadow as they work through all elements of the image. Where is it he would like us to follow him?
