Both of them. That conure lived a 20-year life amid a transitory assemblage of probably 20 different cats. A few thought to mess with him when he was out of his cage (always supervised), but an errant paw or nose was met with a serious bite from a VERY sharp beak. It only took a cat once to learn.

These two were quite the friends over time and would seek each other's company.
